Earn for Referring Updated

We now offer a 10% bonus for every sale you refer based upon cart price after coupon codes are entered.

How this works:
1. We give you your own unique code that is good until December 31,2019.
2. You share it with friends and family members and through social media or flyers or anyway you want.
3. They shop and enter the code and it saves them 10% and you earn.*
4. We pay you in $25 increments** by check or you can convert the $25 to a $35 gift card for our online store.***
5. We will also offer an additional bonus to the individual who refers the most dollars in sales in any given month.

Examples:
1 Your referrals bring 10 customers to the store, who spend an average of $25 after their discount. You earn $25 or can convert that to a $35 gift card for the online store.

2: Your referral bring 12 customers to the store who spend an aver of $45 after their discount.
You Earn $54 and we can pay you with a $50 check or convert to two $35 gift cards. Your $4 is retained and you can earn more to add to it during this period.

3: You spend $100 before any discount and save 10% at time of purchase; you also refer 9 friends who spend an average of $50 dollars after the discount.
You earn the $10 discount you received, and the following referrals $9 for you own purchase, $45 for your friends purchases. We pay you $50 or you can convert that to two $35 gift cards. The remaining $4 is retained and you can keep earning with more referrals. You have received $79, if you convert to the cards, and you saved $10 and still have a $4 earning balance. So your $100 purchase cost you $7

* Your 10% referral is calculated after the discount, for example. Before the code their cart is $39.00, they save $3.90 and their new total is $35.10; you earn $3.51 just for encouraging them to shop with us.
**You must earn at least $25 to get paid
*** The $35 must be used in one purchase.
****This referral program is being offered for a limited time; once we have a predetermined number of referral partners, we won't add anymore. We will give preference to the best earners when we renew the program. The program renews every six months, earning potential may change with subsequent programs.
*****In order to earn more than $600 in cash/check referrals; we will need tax information for 1099's.

Success

Sometimes, we feel like giving up. It seems like we put a lot of effort in and never succeed, but maybe if we were to take a step back: we would see that we are having a series of small wins. Even if we can't, we might need to remember to view "failure" in the light of a lesson learned. Shortly before He invented his light bulb, Thomas Edison is attributed to saying "I have not failed; I have discovered 1,000 ways not to make a light bulb." We want to encourage you today to not give up. The only way to surely fail is to never try or to stop trying. You may need a new approach, or a slight modification to your plan or goal; but do not give up on any worthwhile goal.
We all struggle with waisting time from time to time.  We hope that today you are encouraged to make good use of the time that you have been given. We are all given the same amount of time each day, but how we use it will say a lot. An hour wasted today is an hour lost forever. An hour spent today will reap a benefit today. An hour invested today will bring results for days and probably years to come.  Don't wait for inspiration: be the inspiration for others. Don't do everything yourself: include others to be part of your team. Don't worry what people will say: say the words of encouragement others need. Stop waiting to live life: start sharing the wonder of life. Don't be afraid: trust in God Don't complain: compliment someone instead. Don't leave unfinished tasks: Never put off till tomorrow what you should do today. Don't try to please everybody: seek to do what pleases God. Don't compare yourself (to others or even yoursel...

Helpful tip of the day.

This idea  is neat, but I have found that using colored masking tape or even plain masking tape and writing what the cord is for work a whole lot better. Also if there is excess cords and they are gettin tangled you can loop the excess and twist tie the loop.
